A summer in the Pustertal valley is varied, diverse and certainly full of sunshine. With exciting leisure activities, wonderful nature and fresh mountain air, it is a paradise for active holidaymakers. But pleasure seekers and relaxation lovers are also guaranteed to get their money’s worth in the Dolomites region, a Unesco World Natural Heritage Site.
To the south the Pragser Dolomites, to the north the Rieserferner group and from west to east the green Pustertal valley … which direction will you hike today? Whether it’s a relaxed walk across colourful alpine meadows, a somewhat more demanding hike to one of the mountain lakes, or a day tour up to 3000 m – there is something for everyone here. Constant companion: fascinating panorama.
Because in Olang and the surrounding area, a variety of cycling tours await you. You can explore the landscape on your bike on marked cycle paths or remote trails. There are plenty of tours – for every level of difficulty. Not sure which to take? We are happy to advise you. By the way, we offer our guests free mountain bike rental and a bike shuttle.
You can explore the Pustertal valley from a whole new perspective on horseback. Idyllic forests and endless expanses. Nothing but the sound of the hooves and pure nature all around. A special experience that you should not miss out on. Our Tharerhof is only 200 m away from the hotel and offers everything a rider’s heart could desire – even special conditions for our guests.
If you like to be active on holiday and fancy a challenge or two, you should plan in a mountain tour. But with so many peaks and so little holiday time, the decision is not always easy. Nevertheless: No matter which tour you choose, you will be rewarded with panoramic views of the surroundings and that incredible “I’ve done it” feeling.
Quite a lot: Nordic walking, golf, climbing, paragliding, rafting, fishing, archery, hydrospeed, canyoning, Wheel Taxi Bob, high ropes course …
