A reservation is considered confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 30 % from the total amount. This deposit also serves as the cancellation fee, which we unfortunately have to retain if the reservation is cancelled and our travel cancellation insurance has not been taken out.
Should the cancellation reaches us later than 4 weeks before the booked start of the holiday, we will charge 70 % of the booked arrangement. (Should we be able to rent the room, there will be no further costs apart from the deposit).
In the event of late arrival and early departure, the room rates will be charged according to the reservation data, whereby meals will not be counted.
Trip cancellation insurance
Something can always happen before the start of a journey. If you are delayed or unable to start a holiday stay that has been booked, or if you break off your stay early, you may be charged cancellation fees. In order to prevent any costs being incurred, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. This amounts to 5 % of the booked arrangement.
