The flats range in size from 30 to 60 m² and are fitted out with a kitchenette, most have a separate living room, bedroom, balcony, TV, Finnish sauna, table tennis, communal washing machine, garage (ski shoe dryer and ski rack in hotel). General Rules If not otherwise stated, the above mentioned country hotel rates are for half board per person and day including all taxes for stays of minimum 3 days. Surcharge for stays of less than 3 days: +15% per day. Your booking at the hotel or residence is valid only after having paid a deposit of € 50,00 per person. In case of cancellation in the 2 weeks before your arrival, you will be charged with 3 days of your booked stay. Kindly be informed that the deposit will be used as cancellation fee as well if you cancel your stay. In order to avoid any cancellation fee we highly recommend you to subscribe our cancellation insurance at the price of € 10,00 per person. In case of late arrival and early departure you will be charged for the entire period you booked. Your room or apartment is ready for you starting from 2 p.m. the day of your arrival; we kindly ask you to leave your room or apartment before 10 a.m. on departure. In case of doubt, the only valid rates and offers are those reported in this price list.
